All profiles on PVC base can be bent by us and converted to window framework.
All main profiles are available by us in stock.
In the modern building industry curves have high priority.
In the manufacturing of round arch, segment arch and eyebrow arch the minimum radius is 10 times of the profile width.
Arcs with a smaller dimension are manufactured as well with a good quality, it depends however on the structure of the chamber of the respective profiles.
With the procedure of KS Biegetechnik only the part of the arc will be malleable by warm up all parts of the profile into a heating bath for a little while.
An advantage is the bending of round- and eyebrow arches with straight legs. The legs remains coldly and only the curved parts will be warmed up and preformed in a liquid bath.
Welding and an unpleasant attachement from the arc to the straight parts is not visible.
The cross- section of the profile remains, therefore the cross-parts can be welded without any problems.
Also the transome profiles and the post profiles are applicable without difficulties.
Foiled profiles can be brought without problems in every form, but you have to consider with which adhesive the folio was applied.
Usually the foiled profiles are bendable after a short deposit time. Warm air furnaces are not used by us due to the long surface heating.
The bending process (our patent DE33 22 572 C2) is state of the art.
The plastic window section are more and more coloured and in general PVC are exactly the correct material to produce windows. Weather-proof, homely, easy-care and recyclable. The KS-Biegetechnik GmbH in Schüttorf, is one of the most modern equipped bending enterprises for plastic window profiles on PVC-basis. The experience of many years´standing is the guarantor for correct and informed orders. The permanent development of the KS bending technology, like curves with reinforcement in the part of the curve and welded blanks, leads to a constantly growing number of satisfied window-producers and stand as reference for authority and reliability. All main profiles, more than 1000 different profiles stored in a closed, heated warehouse, which ensures a fast order execution. A double final inspection is the result for high quality.
